KaamAlert.com is a job and employment platform connecting employers and job seekers. We provide tools for posting jobs, browsing candidates, and communication between both parties.

2. What KaamAlert Does Not Do

• We do not directly employ or recruit staff.
• We do not guarantee job placement or hiring results.
• We do not conduct background checks on behalf of users.

3. Disclaimers & Non-Responsibility

KaamAlert is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misconduct by candidates or employers. Users are encouraged to verify all information independently and take necessary precautions.

4. What KaamAlert Provides

• Job postings and candidate listings.
• Promotion of listings across various channels.
• Communication support between employers and applicants.

5. Employer Responsibilities

• Verify candidate details, documents, and references.
• Do not pay large advances before joining confirmation.
• Keep proper records and report suspicious activity to KaamAlert support.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are subject to certain conditions and time limits:

• Day 1: Full refund with no deductions.
• Day 2: Partial refund after service charge deduction.
• Days 3–6: Gradual deduction based on service duration.
• From Day 7 onward: No refund available.

Requests for refunds must be made within the specified period by emailing support@kaamalert.com.

7. Employer & Candidate Terms

For Employers:

• Provide clear job descriptions and terms of employment.
• State salary, benefits, working hours, and leave policy transparently.

For Candidates:

• Follow company policies and maintain professionalism at work.
• Understand terms like probation, notice period, and salary details before joining.

8. User Accounts & Security

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. KaamAlert is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and trademarks on KaamAlert.com belong to the company. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

KaamAlert shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.

11. Termination

KaamAlert reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
